Buddy Pass Terms

About the program
An eligible patient may gift or donate a Buddy Pass under the terms of their participating practice’s program. These draft terms require the program operator and final practice rules before public launch.
Member Guest Passes
A participating practice may issue a Guest Pass after a member completes a defined treatment milestone. The practice confirms the milestone, included introductory benefit and expiration. The Guest Pass is for another eligible person and cannot be exchanged for the issuing member’s own treatment or used to replace purchased visits or treatment components.
Waitlist
No membership, purchase or donation is required to join. Joining the waitlist is free. Pass availability depends on eligible donations and location. A waitlist entry does not guarantee a pass, a place in line, a specific wait time, or treatment.
Invitations and verification
A pass code or invitation must be verified before redemption. Submitting a code does not establish that it is valid. The issuing practice confirms any expiration date, permitted recipient, and included treatment.
Clinical eligibility
A participating clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate. A Buddy Pass does not override a medical assessment or guarantee treatment or results.
What is included
The participating practice confirms the service covered by the pass and whether any assessment or other component has a separate cost before booking. Do not assume additional services are included.
No resale or cash value
Passes are intended for eligible gifting or donation, not resale. They are not cash and do not establish a right to reimbursement. Final transfer and cancellation rules are provided by the issuing practice.
