FAQ

What is the SunShine Procedure?

The SunShine Procedure is a whole-body cellular rejuvenation approach for life after 40, designed to support how your body feels, moves, recovers, and performs.

What makes the SunShine Procedure different?

Instead of focusing on just one body part, SunShine is designed to support seven connected areas of whole-body health simultaneously, including your nerves, muscles, joints, circulation, brain health, energy, and sleep.

SunShine can also treat up to four people at the same time, making the experience easy to share with a spouse, friend, or family member.

How does it work?

The SunShine Procedure combines three complementary treatment approaches:

BioRenew: Supports a healthier cellular and tissue environment.

BioActivate: Activates nerves and muscles to support movement, strength, and function.

BioLogics: Adds targeted biological signaling layers when included in your treatment.

Your practice selects the appropriate components and explains the specific equipment, any additional products, their evidence and their cost. BioLogics are not automatically included in every session.

What will I feel during treatment?

Staff place placement applicators on selected areas and secure them with treatment bands. Depending on the settings, you may feel tingling or muscle contractions. Tell staff what you feel so they can adjust or pause. Optional BioLogics are explained separately.

Is SunShine right for me?

That depends on your medical history, needs, and the treatment components offered. A participating clinician assesses eligibility and discusses benefits, risks, alternatives, and any reasons to avoid treatment.

How do I find a participating practice?

Select Find a Provider and share your contact details, location, and interests. Your request can then be connected with a participating practice for follow-up.

How long does a visit take?

Plan for approximately 30 minutes of treatment. Your first visit may take longer for assessment and questions. Your practice will confirm the schedule and timing for your selected protocol.

How many treatments are recommended?

The number and spacing of visits depend on your goals, medical history and selected protocol. Your clinician recommends an initial course and reassesses your progress. Study schedules vary, so a specific visit number is not a universal milestone. Where appropriate, a membership can help organize ongoing care; it does not guarantee an additive effect or a particular result.

What does treatment cost?

Treatment starts at $150. Your practice confirms the price of your selected treatment configuration, optional additions and Private Lifestyle Membership before booking.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Responses vary by person and by treatment plan. Discuss your goals and the evidence for each proposed component with your clinician.

What is a SunShine Buddy Pass?

Through the SunShine Buddy Pass program, participating memberships can unlock a Guest Pass after two completed visits. The issuing practice defines the included benefit. It is a separate introduction benefit for another eligible person, which can be gifted or donated locally. It cannot replace the member’s own treatment.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee a pass?

No. Joining is free, but pass availability varies by location. An invitation depends on a suitable donated pass becoming available.

Can I book without joining the waitlist?

Yes. Use Find a Provider to submit your interest in a paid appointment. Availability and treatment eligibility are confirmed by the practice.

Who provides my care?

Independent participating practices provide treatment and make all clinical decisions, including assessment, consent, treatment selection, and follow-up.
